The replacement pads are specially designed for the EQUEST® Wellness Boots. The pads can be used for cooling in the freezer or warming in the microwave.
Function & Effect
Cooling: Helps reduce swelling and relieve pain from acute injuries or overuse. Note: chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours, apply for approx. 15–20 minutes. Caution: avoid freezer burn!
Warming: Supports blood circulation and aids recovery from chronic discomfort or tension. Note: heat in the microwave for max. 40 seconds at 350 W, apply for approx. 15–20 minutes.
